Job Title: Driver/Warehouse
Reports to: Nutrition Network Operations Supervisor
Department: Programs Department, Nutrition Network Division
Salary Range/Status: Non-exempt, Part-Time
Frequency of Pay: Bi-Weekly
Base Wages Paid: $14.00 per hour
Job Description
Supports and assists the Nutrition Network Operations Supervisor in operational and logistical functions related to the activities of the division’s direct-service programs. Responsible for pickup and delivery of food product, supplies and materials to various sites; as well as loading and unloading product from trucks. Responsible for keeping accurate driver route logs. Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance and sanitation. Assists other team members and performs warehouse duties, pulling orders, stocking, record keeping, waste reports, inventory counts and sanitation, equipment, building and grounds maintenance.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain the primary assigned Kids Café truck, and all associated ovens, in excellent mechanical and clean condition. Coordinate all necessary repairs with supervisor.
2. Maintain and update in a timely manner a maintenance log on all Kids Café trucks.
3. Prepare a route log and directional information indicating the sites directly served by the drivers.
4. Review and prepare all deliveries in accordance with the Pick Sheets, pointing out to the supervisor any discrepancies or oversights.
5. Continuously check and log all temperatures of prepared meals, maintaining food temps in accordance with food safety principles.
6. Maintain excellent public relations with personnel at each Kids Café site, the Community kitchen, other Food Bank of the Rockies personnel and with the general public.
7. Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of east, outside building area or other areas as may be assigned.
8. Other duties as may be assigned.

Skills and Abilities
Good Organizational and time management skills.
Good customer service and people skills.
Ability to operate forklift.
Able to communicate (spoken & written) clearly in English.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a daily basis without bodily damage.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have clean motor vehicle record and current Colorado Driving license. Due to vehicle insurance requirements, must be 25 years of age or older.

Student interns will likely have the opportunity to work with some of our many community partners, such as Our Community Foundation, Eagle County Schools,Bare Roots, Salvation Army, and Vail Valley Foundation.

Course Schedule: The course schedule can be flexible. InteGreat! generally operates from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Our office is in Eagle. However, some off-site and evening work may be appropriate.
